I’m Tamara, the face (and hands!) behind Platters & Boards Ltd.
From baby bottles to brie boards, it’s been quite the journey for this mama, and it hasn’t stopped for a second!
What began as a creative outlet during nap times has grown into something so special, a way to share love, connection, and beautiful food.
My Story
I started Platters & Boards Ltd in 2022/2023 as a small hobby while I was on maternity leave. I loved hosting and inviting friends and family over, so creating platters from home felt like a simple way to do something I enjoyed while bringing a little joy to the people who visited.
Turning it into a business happened naturally. After doing my first wedding for 100 people and receiving such amazing feedback, I realized this had the potential to be something really special.
Since then, I’ve grown into a bit of a foodie and now also do blog and vlog collaborations with restaurants and entertainment venues. What started as a hobby has turned into work that’s genuinely fun and exciting for me.
