We do not arrange large outdoor table bookings due to unpredictable weather, potential wind damage to our supplies, and the increased risk of pests contaminating food.
The only exceptions for outdoor bookings are small grazing tables, grazing platters, picnic requests, and events held under secure tents.

On average, food should be consumed within a 4 hour period. However, temperatures exceeding 8 degrees can decrease this period to up to 2 hours. If temperatures around the grazing table can be made cooler, this will be advised to help your grazing table last longer! A standard booking is for 2 hours, replenishments are available for the Ultimate Grazing Tables or Weddings only.

Yes we do. We clear up the Grazing table food and any mess around the table which is included in a booking that requires collection.
For event clean ups, it is +10% of the original booking price. The clean up is for up to an extra 30 minutes after the booking end time and would only be the foods and supplies catered by Platters & Boards.
For extra clean up of crockery, glassware and rubbish, arrangements can also be made.
